The Watermill is located in Lussas

Only 6 km from the town of Aubenas in the South of Ardeche and approx 25km from the Vallon Pont D'arc and the opening of the famous Ardeche Gorges.

The property is situated in the countryside and easily accessible by foot or by bike paths to all the local attractions and facilities.

The Ardèche River runs just 5km from the house. You can go canoeing in beautiful old village of Vogue (10km away) or at the famous Vallon Pont d'Arc (25km away) where you can embark on a long descent for a day or two down the Gorges of Ardèche.

In the village of Lussas you will find several shops, a bakery and a small grocery store about 600m from Le Moulinage.

Otherwise in Aubenas (6 to 8km) you will find many shops, supermarkets and a hypermarket. Montelimar TGV or Valence TGV are approx 1 hour away by bus.

Our immediate neighbours have an animal farm where you can see all sorts of animals and possibly even ride a donkey or horse around the area.
