Olivier’s House is a modern, comfortable residence overlooking the beautiful village of Aubenas. The house is approx 250m2 with a large versatile garden of 4500m2. The house is in perfect condition, with a magnificent 10m x 5m swimming pool which looks out over the Château d’Aubenas. As you can see from the photos, this house is very luxurious and beautifully decorated.

The house is totally self-sufficient. It is equipped for 8 persons with 5 bedrooms plus a rumpus room with a sofa bed. There is one bathroom and one shower room; a summer kitchen, barbeque and pizza oven; a private garden; and there is a safe available on request.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic modern amenities: dishwasher, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer.

The house is equipped with plenty of games to keep you entertained all year long, including: a swing set, a ping pong table, a tennis wall for children, etc. There is also a computer, TV, unlimited high-speed internet, computer games and other accessories.

There is private parking on the property, with space for several cars.

Our house is located in Ucel, just 2km from Aubenas in the South of Ardèche (not to be confused with Ussel) and about 25km from Vallon pont d’Arc and the opening to the famous Ardèche Gorges. Ucel is within easy driving distance to numerous traditional French villages and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The property is situated in the countryside, with easy access by foot or bike path to all the local attractions and facilities. There is a tennis court just 1km from the house and the Ardèche river flows a mere 400m from the property.

A bakery and a small supermarket are just 400m away. Otherwise in Aubenas (2 to 5km) you will find plenty of shops, supermarkets, and a hypermarket. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and cinemas.
